Reiki Heart Healing

I'm a work in progress. Aren't we all? The quest for peace in the world must start with peace in ourselves. Today as I was working on Day 17 of What Would Love Do?
I struggled with: "I am a witness to the world. I see only peace."
My rose colored glasses broke, dear friends. My heart aches to see only love. How can I see only love when others are hungry, homeless and in violent situations? For I cannot say I see only love until I feel I have helped to heal the planet and all on it. I can't be blind to suffering but I can try to heal with Reiki and also to react in a loving way to others. I asked for guidance from the Divine Energy of all that is.
I was guided to give my heart Reiki. Instead of simply holding my hand over my heart I did Distant Reiki, where I put my heart in between my open hands and as I gave my heart loving energy, I asked Archangel Raphael to help me in prayer to my heart, to heal my heart physically and to my emotional heart. Here is my divine guidance meditative message/prayer. I hope it helps you in some small way. And may we always work for peace and love.
Bring peace to me..... so that I may bring peace to others.
See peace in myself..... so that I may see peace in others.
I am peace..... we are peace.
